Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of confirmed delivery (as per the carrier tracking information).

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued once the item has been returned and received by us.

We do not issue refunds for delivered orders unless the product is physically returned.


3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days.

The original shipping cost paid at checkout will be included in your refund.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. How to Return

Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


5. Delivery Issues
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

If you believe there has been an issue with delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update.


6. Exceptions
We do not accept returns for custom-made or used items.
